1. Service Scope
Clearview Pest Control Inc. provides residential, commercial, and emergency pest control services throughout New Jersey and select areas of New York. All services are performed by licensed technicians in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
We offer treatment and exclusion for pests including, but not limited to:
- Rodents
- Cockroaches
- Bed Bugs
- Ants
- Termites
- Wasps, Hornets, and Bees
- Wildlife (select areas)
Emergency Services
We provide 24/7 response for urgent pest situations. While we strive for rapid dispatch, exact timing is not guaranteed and depends on technician availability.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking services.
- Allow access to the property at the scheduled time.
- Follow all technician instructions regarding safety and post-treatment procedures.
- Keep children and pets away from treated areas as instructed.
Failure to comply may affect service outcomes or void any applicable service warranties.
3. Quotes, Payments & Billing
Quotes provided over the phone, via web form, or email are non-binding until confirmed on-site. Final pricing may vary based on conditions found during inspection.
Payment Terms:
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged in writing.
- We accept major credit/debit cards, checks, and select digital payment platforms.
- Recurring service plans may require prepayment or auto-billing as outlined in your service agreement.
Unpaid balances may result in service suspension and collection activity.
4. Warranties and Service Guarantees
Some services include warranties (e.g., termite treatments) which will be specified in your service agreement. Warranties are voided if:
- Recommended repairs or exclusion work is not completed.
- Another provider interferes with treatment during the warranty period.
- The property is not maintained as instructed (e.g., clutter, sanitation, landscaping).
Clearview does not guarantee results where structural or environmental conditions prevent effective treatment.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations under 24 hours may incur a fee.
Refunds are only issued in cases of billing error or failure to deliver a scheduled service. Dissatisfaction with results alone does not warrant a refund, though we’ll gladly provide follow-up service where appropriate.
6. Limitation of Liability
Clearview Pest Control Inc. shall not be liable for any:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use.
Damage caused by pests prior to treatment or resulting from delayed action by the client.
Harm due to non-compliance with technician instructions.
You agree that our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
7. Website Use
You agree not to misuse or interfere with the Website, attempt unauthorized access, or transmit harmful code. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access at any time for misuse.
